Born in Dale City, Virginia, and raised in Denver, Colorado, Rachelle grew up in a divided household, navigating a complex relationship with both her parents. Her upbringing was marked by significant emotional challenges, shaping much of who she is today.

Athletic Career
Rachelle's passion for sports began at an early age. She excelled in high school varsity athletics and went on to compete in college track and field. Her love for fitness eventually led her to the competitive stage as a National Physique Committee (NPC) athlete and a professional wrestler. Alongside her athletic achievements, Rachelle has faced personal struggles, including her ongoing battle with body dysmorphia, which she has worked hard to overcome.

Personal Life
Rachelle’s early 20s brought challenges, including a difficult first marriage that ended in divorce. She has since found strength and support in her current partner, who stands by her side as she raises her child.

Author
Rachelle is also an author, having written F**k You, I’m 2, a candid and humorous exploration of parenting during the “terrible twos.” Her book delves into this challenging phase of child-rearing, offering empathy and encouragement to parents while celebrating the chaos and transformation that comes with raising a toddler.
